Test Plans

To gain access to Chip test plans and related materials, vendors must register and execute license agreements in accordance with Visa’s instructions, sign the Approval Services Testing Agreement, and log on to this site. The test plans are also published in the library on the Visa Digital Partner Services website.

If you previously had access and can no longer view/download Approval Service's proprietary materials on this site, your company’s agreement authorizing access via this website may no longer be active. Please check your "My License Agreements" page for information on your license/agreement status. Please contact Approval Services for more information.

Visa grants a vendor permission to use the test plans solely for purposes of testing products developed to Visa specifications and requirements. Visa may revoke its permission at any time. Test plans and all intellectual property subsisting therein are the property of Visa. These materials are provided on an "as is" and "with all faults" basis.
